Indulgence reserves all rights to cancel any appointments and refuse bookings. We do not tolerate any abusive behaviour towards staff.
Cancellation Policy
Whilst we understand its not always possible, we politely ask that you do call rather than not showing to your appointment. Please arrive on time for your appointment if you may arrive after your appointment start time by more than five minutes if you could just call we will make your therapist aware, please note if your late for an appointment you may loose your appointment time.
Patch Test Policy
A patch test is always required for new clients. This is to ensure that you are not allergic to our products. If you had a patch test at another salon you will still need a new patch text with ourselves.
Gift Vouchers Policy
Gift vouchers are available within the salon, they are sold in value rather than treatments and cannot be refunded. (12month expiry)
Beauty Terms & Conditions
24 hour’s notice is required to rearrange appointments, please let us know if you need to cancel your appointment as soon as your able too. 50% Non – Refundable deposit will be taken for any appointments equaling over £50.00. No-Shows will be charged 50% of the appointment and loose any deposit paid. Children are more than welcome in the salon but must be accompanied by an adult and all times Indulgence staff are not permitted to supervise children at any time and please be aware that others are having treatments and they should not disrupt this. If you have any allergies to tea tree, lavender or any other beauty products you must disclose this to us when registering this may impede us to completing certain treatments.
Hair Terms & Conditions
48 hour’s notice is required to rearrange appointments, please let us know if you need to cancel your appointment as soon as your able too, appointments cancelled later than 5hrs before will be charged £10.00. No-Shows will be charged 50% of the appointment and loose any deposit paid. 50% Deposits will be taken for any appointments over £50.00. Children are more than welcome in the salon but please be aware that others are in appointments and they should not disrupt this. All colour clients must have a patch test and if you have not had this we will be unable to continue with a colour appointment.
Sunbed Terms & Conditions
Over 18s Only for sunbed! Sunbed cannot be booked. No food or drinks can be consumed whilst on our bed, and children are not allowed in the sunbed in any circumstances. All children must be accompanied by another adult at all times and cannot be left with the Indulgence staff members whilst tanning. Sunbed Packages cannot be refunded or shared. We have a maximum minute policy of 12Mins per session if you wish to have more a disclaimer must be signed and we are not willing to allow anyone on any bed for longer than 15Mins. Our Last sunbed is 15Mins before closing anyone who arrives after this time will not be put on a bed regardless of the amount of minutes they are having. All Clients must register and agree to our terms and conditions before using our beds we can only advise on the minutes you should have and if you choose to have more that is your choice.
Weddings Terms & Conditions
Wedding bookings must have a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the booking. The full sum of the wedding booking must be paid two weeks before the wedding day, no payments can be made on the day of the appointment.
